Return Policy
We hope you love everything you select from our store, but if something isn't quite right please follow the directions below to process a return. All orders will be eligible for STORE CREDIT within 15 days of the order ship date. The return must be postmarked within the 15-day period. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return.
RETURN POLICY
Tailor Boutique happily accepts the returning of products that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition within 15 days of the order ship date.
We only offer store credit for returns. We DO NOT issue refunds back to the original form of payment. The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include shipping. A $7 fee will also be deducted for the cost of shipping the return back to us.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to make an exchange, the best way to ensure you get the size wanted is to return the item that you have and then place a new order of the size you want.

Shoes must be unworn and free of scuffs or marks. Shoes must also be in their original box in order to be eligible for return.
Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the merchandise.

SALE ITEMS from our SALE COLLECTION are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchanges.
Shipping
Tailor Boutique ships domestic price depending on the weight of your order total
Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for lost packages.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
Domestic (Within the US)
All orders will be processed within 1-4 business days. Orders take 3-6 business days from the shipment date to be delivered.
Please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure address. If packages are stolen we will try our best to help but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
